Senior Residential Support Worker

Salary:

£22,000 – £28,000 plus £70 sleep in

Rota pattern of 2 on 4 off

Location:

Oxford

Qualification:

QCF Level 3 or 4 – Health and Social Care, children and young people

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an RCW

Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team as a Senior RSW, working in a 3 bedded Children’s Residential Home in Oxford. Our home work with children and young people with a background in EBD, aged 10-17 on admission. You will be joining an established and experienced care team. You will provide support for the children and young people in the home to promote their independence and well-being whilst providing a therapeutic care environment. Developing and maintaining good working relationships with the staff, parents, Social Workers, and other professionals that may be involved in our young people’s care.

Residential Support Worker

Salary: 

£18,000 – £21,000 plus £70 sleep in

Rota pattern of 2 on 4 off

Location: 

Oxford

Qualification:

Desirable but not essential – QCF Level 3 or 4 – Health and Social Care, children and young people or willing t undertake the course.

Experience: 

Desirable but not essential – experience of working in a residential Childrens home.

£10 – £15 per hour
